Cant Get Rid Of Adware.PortalScan
The past couple of times I have ran Norton Anti Virus, it has left 4 items that I could only "Review"........There were no remove, delete, or quarintene options on the drop-down. Can someone tell me how to remove these 4 items without messing anything up......
I talked to tech support at Norton, and they suggested that I use their "Pay" service which cost 69.00, and they could remove them, but I don't have the money to do it that way......so if anyone can help out, I would appreciate it. Thanks sweetpea |

Hi sweetpea, welcome to TSF
Please follow the instructions here and post a HJT log in a new thread here so a security analyst can help you.

It's a text file created by a program called HiJackThis that the security analysts use to check your system for infections. Follow the instructions in the 2 links above which will tell you where to download HiJackThis and how to proceed.
