Are you referring to an anonymous proxy server? Just look up "anonymous proxy" or "anonymous proxy list" in your search engine to find the IP addresses of anonymous proxies.
There are programs out there, like Proxomitron (discontinued but available), that help automate the proxy process and store/cycle through lists of proxies. You can find those easily as well. |
