these are windows updates folders, so you can leave them where they are. if ever you are uncertain about files/folders, make sure your anti-virus is up to date, and then scan them (right click on them and scan for viruses). don't delete or run them if you are not sure.

viruses are quite often small, no icon and are .exe files. they come in all shapes and sizes, so don't let this be your only guide - leave it to the anti-virus to decide.
