Cry Searching for answers

hello
Im not sure whats wrong with my PC. I think its a virus but i cant seem to shake it. I either keep getting it oronline virus scans dont seem to find it, or my OS is fuct.

i had avg 7.1 installed but it couldn't find it. then i went thru spybot, panda online scan... trend micro, bit defender, symantic, an now im running etrust.
my firewall is kerio 2.1.5

everyday i wake up an my pc is opening help files. when i click on a window its help file appearers an my mouse flutters rapidly. when i click on a program including the task manager i get the same result. HELP FILES. i feel crippled. I dont know why it stops. sometimes when i restart its still doing it. Im afraid that im going to lose complete control of my machine cause when the help files appear i lose control of all apps including my browser and task manager.

any advice or suggestion would be greatly appreciated Im very desperate... sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum or the wrong forum altogether. no disrespect intended.
TIA

Why don't you post a HijackThis log in our HijackThis forum, that will get the security people started on the issue.
