Citrix MF FR3 XP3 + Kerio Winroute 4.2.5 = doesn`t work

Hi,everybody! Please,help. Sorry for my English.
There is Citrix Server in the LAN, the Winroute is installed on the gate-machine. Winroute uses for port-mapping and NAT. I have mapped 1604(UDP) port and 1494 port onto Citrix Server IP in Winroute. Incoming packet from Citrix Terminal from outer network really get to the Citrix Server(I've caught it by separate firewall).The Server in turn sends a packet to the terminal(the port of which is variable in each connection).And the package does not reach the terminal.The packets filter is turned off.Firewalls are turned off too.The terminal can get the list of published apps by the XML Service, but can`t establish the connection.

Re:

Not really familiar with Citrix but maybe these question might help ya out...

Has the terminal ever been able to use the services?

can the gateway ping the teminal?

is there another machine on the server side that can ping the remote terminal?

Is the listing of your published apps by the XML Service just cached in the terminals browser?

let me know...

Thanks,But I have already solved the problem.
I used the utility "altaddr" to configuring browser ICA to return to client ICA external IP address.And I turn on the option " Use alternate address for firewall connection" on client.
And now everything works alright!
