"Unable to Authenticate" Message
I purchased a new Netgear Pre-N Router and when I try to configure it, I get a message that reads "Unable to authenticate, another administrator is signed on". After several attempts, I was able to configure the desktop (WinMe OS) but not the laptop which is a Dell Ispiron 8600 w/Centrino. Does anyone have a clue what could be going on? I am following the user's manual step-by-step.
