i have a problem i hope u guys could help
in order to use internet , i must go through a proxy, i can load any site i wish, BUT , i cannot load anything else UNLESS its SSL , example: mIRC for example, if i try log , using proxy, i cant, BUT if i try to an SSL supported server - I CAN ! i need something that can "translate" SSL to NON SSL, like a bouncer, on mIRC i found a solution, i connect using SSL to psyBNC that runs on my home machine at home, and psybnc connects (using my home connection) to a NON SSL IRC Server... i need something like that to use with applications like ICQ,MSN,Online games...etc , so i could like for example icq , connect to localhost:333 and it`ll "forwad it" using SSL proxy to oran-home-ip.com:333 -> (NON SSL) icq.com:5190 so i need somethin that`ll be on my home-ip to translate btween the 2 can anyone help ?! i hope you understand what i mean :| thanks in advance Last edited by oranzie; 09-18-2005 at 03:25 AM. |

Why do you "have" to use the proxy?

Can you tell us more about the actual configuration and what "proxy" you're using? I have no idea of the environment, thus no idea how I might try to solve it.
