If bad Dial-up software?

the dial up company gave me a software disc to install. so I could be connected to the internet. when you click on their icon a form pops up. It has their name on it. It shows me that I'am getting connected to the internet. On their form it has the Internet Icon on it and your e-mail Icon on it. so you can get to the internet and mail that way. Instead of using the ones on your screen. Well on their form when it has connected it indicates on the bottom left corner how much mail you have. sometimes not all. Before it can show me how much mail I have, a Internet Explorer Error form pops up. so I send the error. when the error is done and I close the error. My dial up form disappears. so I have to go to the mail icon on the screen to see my mail. well I found out that if I didn't go see my mail. The error would just keep coming up. so it only happens when there is mail. Is it because of bad software or something else? Mary

Have you contacted the "dial up" company and asked their tech support? This sounds like it's a bug or configuration issue with that software.
