help stuck i ap mode

i can't access the routers access menu to get it out of ap mode. Does any one know how? currently my modem is blocking me by taking over my ip of 192.168.2.1 i have a wireless g belkin router and a speedstream 5200 modem. Does anyone know how to fix it? i've already try resting the modem to no avail. help would be greatly appreciated.
