WireShark Problem

Hi all,
I am using wireshark for one of my projects.
I am using a command some thing like this
under root previlege from wireshark folder I am running the following command from the command line
wireshark -i eth0 -f "host 192.168.2.3" -k -c 1000 -w "output.txt"

It works fine from the command line but running from a java application causes me an error
it throws me an error
at double quotes
I even tried using \ but of no use
like
String cmd = "wireshark -i eth0 -f \"host 192.168.2.3\" -k -c 1000 -w output.txt"
If i did not put quotes for output.txt it works fine but it is not the same case for the -f option, even though i tried several ways to include quotes but of no use...

Any help regarding this is highly appreciated.

Regards
Nagarjun
