Hey guys heres the problem
we run our desktop through a modem via cable but we also have a NetGear WNR2000 router so we can use wireless throughout the house the desktop is working fine through the cable but recently the wireless has stopped working making me think there's a problem connecting between the router and my laptop. however any attempts to reconfigure or repair the connection have failed and the laptop tells me theres no problems with the connection and its all fine but the internet simply comes up with this page can not be displayed any help is apprectiated as i dont want to wait on hold for an hour as i try to get through to the stupid router company! here is some info on my gear in case it might help.. thanks a lot Router: NetGear WNR2000 Laptop: Sont Vaio Wireless: Telstra something.. not quite sure thanks |

Re: Wireless Internet Trouble
When you search for wireless networks do you see yours?
If you see the network, try removing ALL the stored wireless profiles on the laptop and searching for a new network. Enter the CORRECT encryption key and you should connect.

Re: Wireless Internet Trouble
The first step here is to use a wired connection to the router and make sure your wireless network has a unique name so you can recognize it!
