Very BIG PROBLEM, Need Help!!!

Greetings and a pleasant day to all!!!

Please enlighten me again regarding my query, scenario is this:

- we have a company website (www.<companyname>.com.ph :coz where in the philippines) hosted by our ISP, it has a ip where we upload changes in our website.

- we have dsl internet connection with 1 static ip provided by our ISP.

- my previous boss order another ip, a multi-static ip (ip/30) from our ISP

- we have a registered domain (<companyname>.com.ph), with lifetime registration but locked, i saw the dns entries which is the dns of our ISP.

With this scenario, am i able to make an email service for our company (employeename@<companyname>.com.ph) for our employee, by the way we have email but it is provided by our ISP with free 5 mailbox (name@<ourISP>.com.ph). I really wanted to have email addresses with our own company domain name.

Hope you all can help.

Thank you very much.
