External WOL
I want to set up WOL on a laptop at home so it is easily accessed wen i am at college without leaving it on all day so i want to utilise its WOL features of corse this means that the magic packet to wake the computer will need to come from over the internet now i know this can be done but im not sure how so i would greatly apreciate any help ...
Basically what i need is advice on easy to use programs which will allow me to do this quickly and perferable so i do not continuously have to tell it my IP address as i have a static IP from both my ISP and my laptop is setup with a static IP thanks for any help it is apreciated :D |
