Internet dling/uling constantly

I'm not sure whats going on with my connection but it seems to be downloading and uploading constantly... I'm not sure if its a virus/malware or one of my programs. I'm not really sure how to check it but I did a traceroute.
Here it is:

Tracing route to us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com [12.129.224.110]

over a maximum of 30 hops:

Re: Internet dling/uling constantly

OK SORRY! I found out what it was... It was something called btdna.exe. The thing basically uploads and downloads torrents without you knowing. It doesn't have an icon on the tray or anything. I found the icon in my control panel named DNA and I pressed the stop button. After that everything stopped and my net went back to normal.
