Internet dling/uling constantly
I'm not sure whats going on with my connection but it seems to be downloading and uploading constantly... I'm not sure if its a virus/malware or one of my programs. I'm not really sure how to check it but I did a traceroute.
Here it is: Tracing route to us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com [12.129.224.110] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 8 ms 7 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.1 2 10 ms 6 ms 7 ms 10.110.128.1 3 21 ms 9 ms 9 ms static.unknown.charter.com [96.34.100.102] 4 10 ms 10 ms 12 ms 96.34.2.28 5 16 ms 17 ms 16 ms te-3-2.car1.LasVegas1.Level3.net [4.71.176.25] 6 24 ms 22 ms 31 ms ae-4-4.ebr1.LosAngeles1.Level3.net [4.69.133.110] 7 21 ms 21 ms 21 ms ae-2-70.edge1.LosAngeles1.Level3.net [4.69.144.71] 8 22 ms 21 ms 21 ms 192.205.33.229 9 20 ms 21 ms 31 ms cr1.la2ca.ip.att.net [12.122.128.10] 10 47 ms 19 ms 23 ms gar5.la2ca.ip.att.net [12.122.128.25] 11 24 ms 21 ms 22 ms 12.122.255.74 12 43 ms 21 ms 31 ms mdf001c7613r0003-gig-10-1.lax1.attens.net [12.129.193.242] 13 * * * Request timed out. 14 * * * Request timed out. 15 * * * Request timed out. 16 * * * Request timed out. 17 * * * Request timed out. 18 * * * Request timed out. Re: Internet dling/uling constantly
OK SORRY! I found out what it was... It was something called btdna.exe. The thing basically uploads and downloads torrents without you knowing. It doesn't have an icon on the tray or anything. I found the icon in my control panel named DNA and I pressed the stop button. After that everything stopped and my net went back to normal.
