Port Forwarding Not working. (Ipconfig/all included) as well as Router Model and Bran

So I need to forward some ports and nothing is working. I have been trying and trying and they just won't work. They worked on another computer I have use with this same router, but some reason it won't now so here is my ipconfig,

And I am Use a Westell Router Model - Versalink 327W

Now I have followed guide on port forwarding even though I don't need to cause I've done it plenty before, and still not working. I don't use a static Nat btw, incase that affect anything. And I'm referring to all TCP Protocol.

Any Help will be greatly Appreciated.

You do realize that you can't port forward the same port to more than one computer, right?
