Error on page but works fine other computers

I have a computer here that when she is home and connected wireless with her desktop computer she can't log into her bank account. I should say she can but it's extremely slow and when she clicks the OK button it says error on page on the status bar. I hooked the computer up at my office and it worked fine, no error on page and it went right into the account. Is this something with the router? Or maybe wireless card? Any ideas? thanks!

Ok might of figured something out. Had another computer come in different ISP same type of connection "DSL" so must be a filter problem or something interfering with connection.
