Cannot Ping an IP Address
i am having a trouble on accessing the website trading as per their instructions i need to install only the Java and Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 which i have followed their instructions. But unfortunately, i cannot log-in either connect to their site.
Through my curiosity, i tried to connect through my other ISP because i have 2 different internet connections and connected to that website. So, what i did i try to PING the site which the IP Address is 202.125.129.194 there is a reply but on my other ISP reflecting only "Request Timeout". How i can solved this problem coz i know why i cannot connect on that site due to my other ISP is blocking the IP Address mentioned above. Kindly please help me. |

What is this site used for? I can't reach it, probably being blocked for a good reason. What ISPs do you have? You can download Java and .net from their respective sites

This site is for investment trading purpose and i can ping with other ISP. I have the following ISP:
1. Wataniya Telecom 2. Zajil Telecom And i can download from their site is only the java. |
