CIsco 1841 Router encryption

Hi ALL.

We have point to point link using 1841 router at both end, Link is up and working properly.

The data flow between pont point link should be encrypted.

Can any one help me to configure cisco 1841 for encryptions of data between point to point link.

create a ipsec vpn between the 2 routers

the link is point to point so in point to point link also we have to create IPSEC VPN ?
does the base IOS will support or we have to change the IOS ?

I forget if ipsec is included, may need to license it.

Do you have a router only or a pix/asa also in the mix?
