VPN disconnects every hour.

Please help!! I connect to the internet via 3G modem . Then i connect to a VPN using Nortel contivity (v04_65.18). Now , on the hour and every hour , my VPN disconnects (3G remains connected to internet). This is driving me crazy!! My OS is XP Proffesional. This problem DOES NOT occur on my VISTA machine. Is it a setting on my VPN client or has it to do with the 3G/XP and my ISP? Please someone help me. Thank you

Re: VPN disconnects every hour.

I have read many messages about this sort of thing, always on these 3G dongles. But sorry I have no answer as to why, or how to stop it. I imagine it must be the ISP for some reason.
