Cisco NAT problem

i have a network NAT problem that i cant get to work and hopefully one of you can help me. This is the scenario

I have the network as shown in the diagram. The FIP polls to the terminal server on the first IP 10.212.16.140 which will use the primary link to get to the terminal server. If the primary link goes down, and the FIP cant get to the terminal server on the 10.212.16.140 ip address, it will poll the second iP 10.212.26.140 and this will use the serial link and via the 2nd router to get to the TS. Now the TS has only one IP (10.212.16.140 )address and no gateway. How can we get NAT to work in such a scenario? i have attached the diagram. any help? can anyone do a config of this?

Re: Cisco NAT problem

Is this a production setup or for school? Can't you drop 20 bucks and multihome the Terminal Server?

You're completely layer 2 in a single flat subnet behind both routers. This is obviously not ideal.
