netgear wg111v2 on vista

my netgear programme worked but i got kicked off randomly and at one point the one router just wouldnt be picked up by my pc even tho it is picked up by the other two pcs in the house..bbut anyway a couple of days ago it gave me the blue screen of death dumping all my virtual memory and so on and on, and the when the pc restarted the netgear programme didnt work when i oppen it nothing happens for about 3/4 seconds then i get the error that it stopped responding...every single time i open the programme that is what i get, i even uninstalled it and re-installed it but still the same problem appears...i downloaded the new vista beta thing nothing got a upgrade thingy where u have to copy a file in the folder and still the same issue...i have googled it but nothing that i havecome across has the same problem any help will be much appreciated
