School-only sites

My university hosts certain web pages that are only accessible on the campus network, but I am a commuter and am not on campus at night, when I need to periodically access these sites. Pinging the sites on the school network revealed that they have unique external IP addresses, but attempting to connect to these servers off the network results in a time-out. Off-campus pinging results in a "No route to host" error. Is there a way I can configure my internet settings such that I would be able to access these sites off-campus?

EDIT: Off-campus pinging is successful. The "No route to host" error results with my firewall enabled.

Re: School-only sites

Sorry but it would be against forum rules to provide help in bypassing the schools security setup.
