TTL Problem
I've recently been having a problem with my TTL value. It's stuck at 47, and so when the ping increases browsing stops prematurely because the connections are terminated early. I tried changing the value to 128 through the registry and through a couple of internet optimizer programs, but none of that worked. So I was wondering is someone could help and explain why this is happening and how I can solve it?
