Exclamation Obtaining an external IP and routing it

Hi,

I have a SmartAX MT882 modem and would like to know if anyone knew how to route an external IP address to an internal IP on the network...

eg.

[My PC] [Other PC]
| |
| |
-----|------
|
[Modem]
|
|
[external ip]

so i can have data from external ip forwarded to my pc, i have a USB line connected and the SmartAX MT882 offers Port forwarding options but i have had a look and its over my head. (>_<) Searched google, called support and emailed support and none of these were good, especially support as i got indians for all 14 calls i made.

Re: Obtaining an external IP and routing it

If you check www.portforward.com, maybe you have a different dash number. I just picked one, since you didn't specify any version.
