VPN is where it'a at right?
I am looking to set up a VPN because I have heard many times that it helps with Torrents and other over the internet software to work well due to the many things that hurt, such as ISP throttling.
Is this true? I tried to set up a Secure IX (I think), but the site just gives me errors, and does not allow me to do anything. Does anyone know of an easy to use VPN software or something that I can get? If it will help of course.
