Setting up Wireless Network
So I purchased a wireless router - linksys WRT160N - recently, and tried setting up my network but I am having serious difficulties for some reason. I have a Dell and it uses Intel PROSet Wireless, and when I double click on the network that I created I get a series of prompts asking which network I want to access, what my secure wi-fi device key is (located on the bottom of the router), and what my password is, and then it tries to register and fails everytime. What did I do wrong? All I want is for it to ask what my network key that I set-up and then connect. Why is it trying to register? I'm getting really frustrated. I was on the phone with linksys and after an hour they told me to call dell, but I want to try to figure it out on my own first. Thanks so much for any help.
