Cry Sharing Internet in VLAN

I have 6 vlans with custom subnets

(VLAN1) 172.16.2.0, (VLAN2) 172.16.4.0 , (VLAN3) 172.16.6.0, (VLAN4) 172.16.8.0, (VLAN5) 172.16.10.0, (VLAN6) 172.16.12.0 with Custom subnet mask of 255.255.254.0 . We are using Alcatel Omniswitch 7800 as a core switch in our campus network. Computers in each VLAN has its gateway as ip interface of Core switch and intervlan is working fine.

But the problem is sharing internet in each vlan. Internet Gateway (A Cisco 2900 Router) and Linux Proxy Server are in Same VLAN i.e VLAN 6 . Linux Box has two Network Interfaces , they are Private eth0 172.16.12.10 as ip Subnet mask is 255.255.254.0 and Gateway is 172.16.12.1 ( that is the IP interface of the Core switch ) . The other interface has Public Ip address and Configured with Gateway . We have Private DNS Server which is forwarding to ISP.

Now the problem is the Linux Box we can’t put two gateways, like for Private Network VLAN IP interface of VLAN 6 and for Public Interface Gateway of Router. With Out putting the Gateway address on Linux Proxy, other VLAN Computers cannot communicate with Proxy Server.

Nat Can be a solution for this , but putting cache and Securing We want to Use Proxy

What Could be the solution for this problem ?

Thanks
