I have a client with 5 computers (running XP SP 2) who has had crypkey nt service run errors regularly and now occurs every time he is attempts to up load a speech assisted reading and writing program on to any of his computers. They are all networked and may have internet access.
I have done some research and have found from "www.file.net" that crypkey nt service is linked to crypserv.exe. It has also been associated with malware such as malicious trojans and adware. What are some things that I can suggest to the client or do for the client?

Re: CrypKey NT Service
Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread.
I've created a new thread for your issue here. Note: You will need to post complete details of your configuration and your specific issue in this new thread for us to help you. Thanks for your cooperation.
