Streaming only available in New Zealand

Not sure if this is the right place for this question but...... I am from NZ living in Canada and want to watch Olympics on NZ public TV website (we aren't feature very much on Canadian tv) On the website http://tvnz.co.nz/content/olympics_live_video it won't play anything and says in the corner "Only available to NZ users". I'm not a complete idiot but looking around the net I quickly get out of my depth trying to if a solution. Is there any way to get it to work?
