Webcam broadcast - having a blonde moment =(

A client has 3 webcams on their construction site and the basic idea is that anybody (mainly their own customers) should be able to view it live from here: link removed

However, IE blocks nearly everybody's systems from viewing, and the client is getting frustrated. This is totally outside my scope, being allergic to all webcams, and cr*p with most multimedia. I found a neat little app which allowed me to view the webcams once installed. However, aside from the fact that it's not a very practical solution (the app is about 15 MB), we have the added problem of the general computer illiteracy of most of the intended viewers - they're just about capable of opening Outlook Express and some of them are advanced enough to click on an email hyperlink, but downloading attachments or installing any kind of software is totally beyond them.

Somebody mentioned port routing or route forwarding or something as a possible solution - unfortunately I had a blonde moment and I only picked up 10 minutes of white noise from the well-meaning advisor.

I was wondering if there was any way to embed a webcam viewing app in the website, or something?

As you all will have realised by now, I'm floundering and totally out of my depth, so any suggestions will be terafully and gratefully received...

What webcam software have you been using?

There is software available to allow you to view webcams from a website, such as Apple's QuickTime Broadcaster or the free and open-source DCAM Server.
