Port Forwarding Help!
Hi everyone, considering i am young at not very intelligent at port etc. I do not want to do any damage with getting help first. From my basic knowledge i understand that a port is something the other remote users connect to your computer through. I need help forwarding a port so i can host a server.
I am using a linkseys router connected to a modem. there are 3 users running off the same router and internet. I would like to know if i can forward a port withou doing any damage or causing any disruption to any of the other internebts as last time i forwarded a port, it messed up the other 2 internets. |
