VPN Connection.

I am trying to set up a VPN connection on windows XP, so that i can connect through it instead. The problem is not creating it, i already have the VPN, and it's set up. The problem is when i try to log in to it, i get the 800 error. Highly annoying and i still have not been able to fix this. I have opened the port 1723 through my firewall and portforwarded it through my router; still no go. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Re: VPN Connection.

Wait, you're trying to connect from Windows XP to what using a VPN connection? Or are you trying to connect to Windows XP outside of your home using a VPN connection?

You've left out a piece to the puzzle here.
