Smile [SOLVED] need to set up wired router...

Hello,

This is my 1st time using this site. My problem is I'm not sure on how to proceed with setting up a wired router for my home based business.

I need to set up a wired Router connected to a Broadband service
that has a DHCP service that will distribute 2 or more NAT'D IP addresses.

I have Cox Communications as my ISP. I will purchase the router today from BestBuy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Re: need to set up wired router...

Please supply the following info, exact make and models of the equipment please.

What country are you located in.
Name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
Make and exact model of the broadband modem.
Make and exact model of the router you intend to buy?
Model numbers can usually be obtained from the label on the device.
Version and patch level of Windows on all affected machines, i.e. XP-Home (or XP-Pro), SP1-SP2, Vista, etc.
