Cisco phone system question
I'm not sure if anyone has knowledge of Cisco phone systems, Cisco CME in particular. I want to use third party contact center software with the phone system but am not having much luck finding many options. Does anyone know if the phone system is closed/proprietary or if Cisco licenses out a CTI link or way to get the live/real-time data?

Your best bet would be to actually contact Cisco. Go to the Cisco website and contact them directly.
