Exclamation Need Help with Routing Tables

I have a 2 site network that is attached with a point to point T1 hooked to a Mux branded 'AFC' (for a telephone system) at each end. I have an additional SonicWall router that both sides are using to browse the internet with.
I have called the sites Sites A & B, and Site A has the SonicWall

Right now Site A cannot ping or connect to Site B - additional details in the code snippet.
I have tried to do the text network diagram.

I am sure there is a problem with my routing tables, or i am missing one. SonicWall support team helped me with the routing on the sonicwall - but im pretty sure the problem is on the mux.

I have tested many combinations:
I have ping tested both ways.
I have tried to test by making the lan devices on site A have a gateway of 192.168.1.253 to ping things on site B - just to see if the routing was OK with no luck.

Please let me know what routing tables to add.. change .. or delete.. Im thoroughly Confused.

This is the Network Diagram and Config details:

Site A1 (SonicWall)
WAN:68.89.xxx.xxx (public ip & internet)
LAN:192.168.1.250
