We recently got T6 Broadband with Voip phone service. We also got a Belkin wireless router. Then we added Norton 360 to protect our computer. The problem is the phone rings, we can hear the caller but the caller cannot hear us. We turn off the Norton firewalls and then we can make outgoing calls, maybe, but left alone Norton resets and the phone poops out again. Sometimes when we try to make outgoing calls, we get a fast busy signal. Sometimes on outgoing calls the call is dropped.
We are ready to go back to land lines, they're more expensive but at least they work. Anyone have any experience with this? |

Re: T6/Belkin router/Norton 360/Voip phone
Get rid of the bloated and buggy Norton, you'll probably have much better luck. Norton products seem to get worse every year!
