Connection via 3g (nextG) phone problem
Hi,
I have a laptop with ethernett port and wireless port and have no trouble with connecting to the net via both means, but when I connect via my nextG mobile phone, it says connected, but I can't access anything The helpdesk people on the network say that I am connected and sending data, but my computer is showing wrong ip addres (000.000.0.0.) so can't receive any. When I run ipconfig on the laptop, it shows correct ip address and gateway. If I connect the phone to desktop computer I have, it works ok. How come when I connect via ethernett it works ok, but not via mobile modem, but modem works on other computer? please help. |
