Need Help With Port Forwarding

Hey, Im rasher, i hope anyone could help me with port forwarding?

Well yeah, I got a BT voyager 2100 and I need to make it so I can play my Moparscape server, I have No-ip, DUC v2.2.1 my server IP is ticked with a smiley face, run-server is on but only I knowone else can go on server, I can only go on with 127.0.0.1 as the ip, please..

1. Try to Resolve your dynDNS name from an outside location. It seems the DNS name is resolving to your private IP address is this true?
2. Are you using a Router or just the DSL modem?
3. There should be a dynDNS account setting on the modem and/or router.
Port forwarding may not necessarilly be needed unless the above is checked.
