Second Ip address
i was told by a friend they can purchase an extra ip from their isp but when i asked the tech guy from my isp says it is imposible is this an australian thing or what does anyone know what i can do to get an extra ip in oz

That depends on the ISP and the service you have. If the ISP says no-go, you're out of luck unless you change ISP's.
