I have tried a tracert for medmodelsmallorca.com and it brings up the following :
1 2ms 2ms 2ms 192.168.1.1 2 38ms 42ms 40ms 192.168.153.1 3 216ms 243ms 211ms 194.Red-80-58-116.staticIP.rima-tde.net [80.58.116.194] Please can you help as I am not that technical. The website has been offline to me in Spain for 1 week now, but I don't know why. I have done a check with my hosting co, and they say they can see it fine in USA, but I cannot see it at all. |

Re: Cannot Access Website
I really have no idea, but there's not much to see there anyway.

Re: Cannot Access Website
None of the links work for me as I explained in my original message. Can you help?
1 2ms 2ms 2ms 192.168.1.1 2 38ms 42ms 40ms 192.168.153.1 3 216ms 243ms 211ms 194.Red-80-58-116.staticIP.rima-tde.net [80.58.116.194] This is the result of the tracert and it doesn't get any further. It comes up that it is timing out.... |

Re: Cannot Access Website
I think it is my telephone network that is giving me the problem, as the site can be accessed using a different phone connection..so maybe that is it. Now I have to convince the Spanish phone co it is their fault!! The site can be seen elsewhere in the world.. Thanks for your help..
