Hello Everyone,
My handle is Mr.+H short mister H as you guessed already. I am presently working in Bangladesh on power development projects. Bangladesh is still a developing country and the telecommunication, energy and most other infrastructures here are not up to par. I am connected to the world through my Laptop with a shared GPRS connection and when the cell phone call volume exceeds the capacity of the cell servers, they use the GPRS server to route the excess load and disconnects me several times a day for a unknown period of time until the call volume decreases. This is a very frustrating situation. So I also connected my Laptop to CSD system which is also a shared network and having the same type of problems. Now, what I require is a software based switching system to route my connection with either of the 2 separate services depending on availability of the connections. I don't know if there is such a thing in the world yet for a Laptop, but I know advanced Switches & Routers have them. Please inform and advise. I would greatly appreciate your help! H |
