[SOLVED] dell computer IP address

I own a dell 4700 dimension and I am trying to install a wireless card but I keep getting "low or no connection" error renewing IP address
I have screen shots to better explain my problem
its in a word 2007 document:

If you want to post a picture here, please use the following technique.

To post a screen shot of the active window, hold the Alt key and press the PrtScn key. Open the Windows PAINT application and Paste the screen shot. You can then use PAINT to trim to suit, and save it as a JPG format file. To upload it to TSG, open the full reply window and use the Manage Attachments button to upload it here.

You can also attach a DOC file to the message, I recommend ZIPPING it to post.
