DNS Double direction problem
Hi,
A few months ago I changed my hosting server from one provider to another and since then my web address direction goes back and forward from my new hosting server in the mornings to the old server in the afternoons, and the same happens with my email. I call my new hosting company and they said is my DNS registration company fault, so I contact them and they said every thing looks fine. Do you know if there is a way to correct this? Thank you |

Re: DNS Double direction problem
Obviously, some DNS servers somewhere are not being updated, and they still resolve the old address. Short of finding out exactly where the old address is coming from, it's hard to say. I'd say if you PING the URL and it resolves to an old address, it's the fault of whatever DNS server you're connected to.
