Westell Router Not Seeing Computer
I recently switched from cable to Verizon DSL. Have a Westell 327w router. Have one pc and one mac connected by ethernet, my Mac Laptop connected through my Apple Base wirelessly and an old Sony Viao desktop running Windows ME connected by a wireless Hawking HWUG1. The problem is with the Sony. While it has no problem connecting to the internet and mail server, the Westell monitoring window keeps showing it as offline. This wouldn't be a problem except it is keeping me from accessing this computer from any of my other systems. All other systems can see and talk to each other.
Looking for help. Have talked to Verizon about this and it seems to be over their heads. |
