Router decision help !
hi, please help if you can give some insight to this as this is the weakest point of my expertise... first the current setup and consern.... full t1 frame relay using a netopia r5300 router... have a class c network and abt 10 servers hosting web sites and a couple hosting email, average band with usage.. abt. 400k with spikes to the capacity of the t1 during peak email times and up/dn load of files... normal.. now here is where i need some good advice ,, when at peak usage spikes the collision/retry light flashes quite often,, so with the future hopefully expanding the network iam looking for a better router,,, iam look at maybe a cisco 2610 or the likes from ebay,,, now is the the right way to go as iam think that more mem and possibily a better router will reduct the retrys and work better as i expand ... again this is by weakest point and also my budget is weak at this point so iam looking at ebay or ? for the best for the price i can get , so any insight on particular models for the above layout would be appreicated also!
