i have a dell latitude laptop working of xp and a dell desktop working of vista, i need a router that will enable me to plug the desktop into it and also let me use the lap top wireless. can you tell me if i need a wireless card and which is the cheapest router i could get to do the job.

If your laptop also has wireless capability, all you need is a wireless router.
