I have a similar problem with the same wireless router, basically this is what happens...

I plug it all in as stated, turn everything on and all the lights on the router that should light up (LAN1, MODEM, POWER, WIRELESS, INTERNET) do light up....except the internet light, that one stays off.

I put in the installation disc, follow it through, choose the router, but then on setup I either get setup failed message or connection to 192.XXX.X.XX
refused message.

Ive tried releasing and regrabing all the IP settings via DOS , and tryied the above solution of turning off and on again in order...

Any other help?

Thanks in advance

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread. I've created a new thread for your issue here. Thanks for your cooperation.

If the Internet light stays off, it sounds like you have a connection problem between your modem and the ISP. I'd call their tech support line.
