no secure webpages?
No matter what browser I use, I can't seem to be able to get on to secure web pages. Now, after I cleaned up my pc, my system 32 folder disappeared, and i thought that that was the issue. but i got it back using attrib -a -h -r -s c:\windows\system32, but the secure websites still won't load.
I need to access them! please help! I've tried repairing the 1394 net adapter and the LAN but neither of them were able to repair because the tcp/ip is not enabled or something like that. It also won't let me reinstall the tcp/ip driver, the uninstall button is greyed out...

And you should NOT be resetting the attributes on system folders, that's a very bad idea.
