Router Issues

Dear all,
I've purchased this router and after one week of normal functioning (three people sharing-1 wireless),problems appeared.As such, I've got an active connection only for 5 minutes after I turn off and on the router.The same thing happens when I change the settings of the router.I've got a broadband connection (telewest) via external modem.What do you suggest that I should do?

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread. I've created a new thread for your issue here. Thanks for your cooperation.

Do you have a steady connection connected directly to the modem? If so, try resetting the router to factory defaults and reconfiguring. If it still fails, the router may be bad.
