Need help with dynamic DNS among other things.

I have a sort of complicated task i need advice on.
I need to set up a Dynamic IP, and a Dynamic DNS for it. I then need to configure my router so that all traffic coming in from the internet on a particular port is redirected to the local IP adress on my home computer.
any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Idea You may want to go with static IP address... with port redirect enabled.

Because you want dynamic assignment of IP address... when you redirect the port number to an IP address it could work only the first couple days TIL you restart/turn-off/on your computers because those dynamic IP addresses can change to another... so you should assign the computer static IP addresses. Then configure the router to redirect ports to that static IPs.

What type of Router and model number do you have? I will need that to send over the manual for the router to you so you can do what you would like to accomplish.
